Products are sent to the delivery address the customer provided during the ordering process. We let our customers chose between different delivery methods that depend on the destination of the parcel.
We do our best to send the parcels within 15 days of payment (under the condition of availability of the product). MISLEALIA RECORDS may not be held responsible for any delays due to the courier.
In case of delay, a mail will be sent to the customer to inform him of an eventual consequence on the delivery date that was indicated during the ordering process.

If you haven't done it yet, please provide sending your Name and CIF (Fiscal Identification Number) to info@mislealia.com.
This in order to send you the receipt/prove of your purchase at Our Shop and to be eligible for the return policy.
Our products are checked individually before being sent. In case the customer receives a damaged parcel, the customer must notify the courier immediately, MISLEALIA RECORDS is not responsable for items damaged during the delivery. We will refund or exchange the products apparently defective or which do not match the customer's order.
If the product is no longer available, our services will contact the customer to determine the nature of the refund (credit note, bank transfer or check).
